I was born in Los Angeles, CA to a struggling mother and with very little education or financial means, my mother and I lived humbly. As an only child, I had little attention for school work and my restless energy placed me in the most unenthusiastic category of students. My future was unpromising with a seldom-seen abusive alcoholic father, abusive baby sitters, drugs, thievery, and violence. The tough guy" persona is what motivated me throughout my childhood. Emotion was a weakness I never knew how to express.

At the age of sixteen I had already left home to live on the streets, taking the negative abusive experiences in my life and applied them to streets, fighting, and competitive kick-boxing. My angry spirit led me into even more negative situations and a greater thuggish lifestyle.

Soon after my eighteenth birthday, my alcoholic father passed away from colon cancer. Around that time I began to abuse marijuana, alcohol, and those who cared for me. The people I chose to associate with put me in the most vicarious situations. From fighting to seeing people shot and killed, to being shot at my- self. By the time I was twenty-one I felt I was without hope. Fighting, thievery, drugs, and promiscuity, was all I knew. I never considered what I could be, I only thought of what I was thus far.

Within these crazy years of my life, I was in two serious car accidents, and one motorcycle accident that should have killed me. During this time, I had to work no less than two jobs to survive. Because of pride, I never asked anyone I knew for help. While living in my car, I gave the impression to those who knew me that I was doing well by using a gym for a place to shower and exercise. I also ended up stealing clothes from a men's clothing store I once worked at.

Like most teens, I had the desire to feel special. These feelings lead me to using my associations, imagination, and popularity from the streets to fight my way into the R&B music world. Even though I couldn't sing very well, this lead me into my own record deal with Capitol Records, to becoming a teen spokes person, then road manager for a known Rapper (at the time), to becoming a talent agent for a popular dance and music talent agency in Hollywood, CA. I had the opportunity to work with many known and now unknown musical artist. Around this time in my life, I had created an animated R&B cartoon that was picked-up then dropped by Warner Bros Pictures. Along with going out every night, drinking and everything in-between, the entertainment industry seemed to fuel the negative things that haunted me for so long. As I became successful within the entertainment arena, self-destruction was eminent. After several bad experiences as a Talent Agent, I built a determination to become different then those I associated with. This determination turned into persistence to build my personal character, communication, and business skills. After taking a hard look at my life, I began to imagine my life as something different. That is when I began to realize that in order to be different "I" had to change my personal thinking and associations in many ways.

In 1991, with my street-smart approach to life, I left the entertainment industry. I used my skills learned in the boxing ring and the streets of Los Angeles to establish a reputation in the fitness world. I started my own successful health business, SADO Fitness , I worked with numerous Chiropractors as a Massage Therapist and health clubs like the one at Sony Pictures, Gold's gym, Malibu gym, and Crunch gym just to name a few. At that time, I had established boxing programs and signed contracts to develop, promote and train members and staff in the areas of street-smarts, boxing, kick-boxing, and weight training. I had my own line of boxing products and managed a team of over twenty boxing trainers throughout Los Angeles, CA.

I was featured on MTV Beach House, over sea's talk shows, and in popular magazines such as Fitness, Shape, and Impact Magazine. I was approached by Intella-visions where I became the creator and narrator of a street-smarts video "Safe and Sound". I also was a fight coordinator for an independent film " Jane's Addiction". I have been the personal fitness trainer for several celebrities such as Bill Belamy, Tone Loc, Brian Bosworth, Sugar Ray Leonard, Craig T. Nelson, and Jennifer Lopez.

As I achieved success in the health and fitness world, my philosophy about life began to change again. My internal reflection, self-education and studies in human psychology, Biblical theology as well as new associations with members of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) began to mold new desires and aspirations within me.

In 1998 at the peek of my success, and to the shock of those who knew me, I left the health industry as a full time business to take on a new competitor, corporate America. My first match with the corporate world was with life insurance sales. This new endeavor developed my tenacity, patients and opened my eyes to a new world of opportunity. After selling insurance for a few years, I quickly moved into the sales and recruiting world. Within nine months of recruiting, I became a successful producer and top-producing manager. I also got involved with mortgage lending which turned out to be a what started The Juson Group.

During my time as a successful sales manager, I was asked by several of my existing clients to take on motivational speaking and sales consulting. That is when I began designing training programs and giving seminars for mortgage companies, insurance, business-to-business sales, private organizations, and customer care driven companies. My past experience helped me focus on familiar topics such as... street smarts, employee motivation, and personal development. However, with my diverse background, I didn't limit myself to company seminars and programs. I soon developed several one-on-one goal coaching sessions for individuals. I began with individuals I knew but soon began to work with managers and entrepreneurs who wanted to build or change their direction in business or personal life. My motto was and still is, "If you want to loose weight and stop eating cake, you never say to yourself,  I will not eat that cake because the cake becomes your focus". Your focus has to be on what you want to become not what you have been.

My family and I currently live in Phoenix, AZ where I am an entrepreneur.  Along with my career, I am still helping many people with goal coaching sessions. Along with helping people achieve their dreams within a reasonable time frame; I also continue to create customized training programs, informative seminars, and motivational presentations for companies, schools, and associations around the country.

"The different paths I have taken seemed difficult at first but now I can see how each trial has been a blessing. It has helped me understand individual motivation, obstacles, and reward. As an entrepreneur I have learned a lot about business and about life that I love sharing with others."
