Experiential Consultant and Trainer
Darleen Stanley has been a certified experiential trainer since 1986. She has been an active member and officer of the Oklahoma Therapeutic Ropes Association (OTRA) since 1987. In June of 1988 Darleen joined the training staff for the Shadow Mountain Institute Challenge Quest Program and provided training and supervision for new instructors and clinical programming.
Her move to Phoenix joined her with the Success Quest Program at WestBridge where she successfully helped design and implement the Urban Wilderness Experience with such clients as GTE, local law enforcement and St. Luke's EAP.
Darleen was instrumental in the development and implementation of the S.O.A.R. Program, Tulsa, OK, which she worked with area church administrations, Christian schools and camps, and city and corporate organizations, to design and facilitate experiential training specific to those group's objectives.
Darleen has been instrumental in the building, program development, marketing and training for four major clinical and corporate team building experiential programs across the country and is currently owner and founder of EXPERIENTIAL EMPOWERMENT. Darleen is a skilled public speaker, convincing and engaging in style. Her knowledge and excitement about experiential learning and training becomes part of even casual interactions and generates interest in others.
Darleen has a broad knowledge of experiential programs, which is eloquently combined with classroom tools including needs assessment, goal setting and action planning.
