Each seminar can be approximately 1 to 2 hour in duration with time at the end for Q&A. Most seminars are interactive (if we discuss a technique or proper form, we will invite the class to practice with the instructor).

Learn the basics on how to build your own fitness and nutrition plan. Weight management - learn about lifestyle changes that will help you meet your fitness goals. The Components of Fitness and What They Mean to You

The 5 components of fitness are: Muscle strength, muscle endurance, body composition, cardio vascular stamina and body composition. We define these, give healthy examples of each and offer ways to improve each.

You will receive great examples on how to look beyond today’s fads and focus on real heath not the American fitness craze. Our focus is your internal health over external shape.
